The planting and establishment of quality community based local congregations throughout the world (collectively "CDI Churches")

The oversight of these local congregations will be led by God and accomplished through seasoned, experienced ministers of the Gospel who are gifted as Apostles, Prophets, Evangelists, Pastors, Teachers, Administrators and Helps.

The "Evangelizing and Perfecting" in communities and local congregations will primarily be accomplished by local Pastors with the assistance of local congregation members

Local congregations will be planted and vigorously maintained both in the United States and abroad.
