The Christian Development InstituteLevel IOn going training by CDI to ground CDI local congregation members in the disciplines of the Christian Faith. Topics will include but not be limited to Salvation, Faith, Healing, Baptism in the Holy Spirit, Spiritual Gifts, Fruit of the Spirit, Christian Conduct, Prayer, Tithes, Offerings and Finance, The Role of the of the Church, Water Baptism, Repentance, Sanctification, The Blood Covenant, The Righteousness of God in Christ, moving in the Supernatural. All Level I Graduates will be eligable to apply to attend a 10 day boot camp for the right of entry to the Level II Institute. Level IISpecialized training for persons who are Level I and boot camp graduates and who sense a specific calling from God in Business, Government, or the full time Ministry. Level II training will not only be provided via classroom teaching sessions but also mentoring in an indivdiual and group setting. All Level II applicants must be prepared to attend additional intensive training. Level IIITraining provided for those persons who are Level II graduates and who desire to function full time in a CDI ministry as a CDI full time minister/employee. Training will be provided via the classroom, mentoring and internships while individuals serve as associates or assistants in specific roles.
